CANCELLATION/ DEPOSIT/ REFUND POLICY:
$50 of each individual camp-week tuition total ($50/camp per child) is a non-refundable deposit.
This guarantees your spot in a camp, for which someone else cannot register. If the Studio is notified of a Cancellation or Request-to-Transfer [by phone or email] prior to 21-days before the camp start date [COB 5p on the MONDAY THREE WEEKS PRIOR to the camp start-date], we can accommodate your choice of the following options:
1) Transfer your registration & full payment toward another camp in the same calendar year (subject to availability)
2) Credit the tuition amount minus the $50 nonrefundable deposit for use toward ANY studio service/product
3) Refund the tuition amount minus the $50 nonrefundable deposit only prior to the 3-week deadline
NOTE: Within the three-week period prior to camp [, the studio is not required to return any payments, as we may not be able to fill the vacant spot. Of course, we do understand special circumstances and always try our very best to work with our loyal customers if at all possible. Please understand that this policy is based on our effort to bring you the best programs possible which includes managing our cost of supplies, staffing, and class sizes. THANK YOU!
AGE-GROUPS/ AGE-RANGE GUIDELINES:
We try our best to provide age ranges to best support the curriculum and medium being taught. Camps specifying multiple age-groups are simultaneous but usually separate camp programs conducted in different studio areas (w/few possible joint-activities). Some programs with a broader age-range are taught in a Montessori-style where varying ages learn and share together creatively. Occasional age exceptions are made upon Parent Request. [i.e. placing siblings/friends together, or a slightly younger child in older group] PLEASE CALL FIRST! We strive to provide the best possible educational, developmental and enjoyable experience for all the children in a program. We use these age-breaks for registration & teaching guidelines, so adjustments may be made to best serve current students.
